Every area we clean, with the postcode districts it covers — 12 areas across 25 postcode districts. Find yours below.

We work south of the River Tyne only.

The whole round sits on the south side of the river: Gateshead, South Tyneside, Washington, Chester-le-Street, Durham and the East Durham coast. We do not take work in Newcastle upon Tyne or North Tyneside, and we do not cross to the north bank for any job.

That is a deliberate choice, not a limit on capacity. A tight round is what lets us hold a dependable 4-weekly and 8-weekly schedule, arrive when we said we would, and come straight back out if something is not right.

A few areas south of the river are outside the round too. Sunderland is the one worth naming: the city itself (SR1 – SR6) is not covered, though Seaham (SR7) is. Consett, Stanley and the western Durham dales are outside it as well.
